Inspired by Wordpress’ seriously clever use of Loren Brichter’s new Tweetie options, we’re launching our own Tweetie and Twitterrific compatible API. This Twitter-like API should make it easy for a lot of existing Twitter clients to start supporting Tumblr.
The really cool thing - because our following models follow a lot of the same principles, we’ve been able to take advantage of a ton of native features:

Retweeting = Reblogging
Replying = Reblogging w/ commentary
Favoriting = Liking
“@david” = ”http://david.tumblr.com/”
Conversations = Reblogs

To try out Tumblr in Tweetie 2, tap “Accounts” → “+” → enter your username and password → tap the gear icon → enter “http://tumblr.com/” in both fields.
For Twitterrific, tap ”Sources” → “Edit” → “Add a New Account” → enter your username and password → tap ”Advanced” → set “Base URL” to “http://tumblr.com/” and disable “SSL”.

OMG! That’s what I was waiting for.

Yesterday, while I was reading my tweets in class, I discovered that Tapbots have released their new iPhone app called “Pastebot”. Like its name suggests it, it pastes information from your clipboard to the app which you can sync after to your Mac. Pretty clever and well executed. Go buy it now!

I bought it yesterday and it’s super awesome :P

Hi, if you know me, you should know that I’m a BIG fan of Twitter…

I love to use it, I love to read my tweets often… I think it’s a really great thing to be able to share with the rest of the world your uninteresting & pathetic life =) !

And now and since 4 hours today, I can’t load my tweets on a third party app like Tweetie or Socialite or TweetDeck… What’s going on Twitter ?! I tried to look at status.twitter.com and nothing is said apart it should work -_-‘…

WHY THE HELL CAN I SEE MY REPLIES AND DMS AND LISTS BUT CAN’T SEE MY TIMELINE… EXPLAIN ME !!

(And moreover it seems it’s due to a problem with lists… Fuck these bastards who wanted lists, it’s useless…)

I’m depressed now… :’(
